Most calls run up to 3 minutes — enough room for the moment to land. Madame Zora is the exception at about 2 minutes: tarot, lottery, palm, and numerology are deliveries, not conversations. If a call ends before you're done, just text the line again right away — no waiting period. Counts as another call against your plan.
BASE, PLUS, and SUPER reset on a 30-day rolling window — your monthly call counter starts over 30 days after your first call of the period. UNLIMITED's daily fair-use cap (10 calls) resets on a 24-hour rolling window. Your account page always shows when your next reset is.
Yes. Sign in, go to your account, click "manage subscription" — that opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access through the date you've already paid for. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current period.
